Cole & Parks Bakery & Café, Victor, NY

Visual identity is an important factor when creating a new franchise. After all, how customers perceive the whole chain is based on their first impression of one location. The owners of Cole & Parks decided to convert an old farmhouse into their prototype bakery & café. The design challenge was to overcome severe height and space limitations, maintain corporate identity and create a dynamic retail/food service space within a historic structure. Working closely with the architect and owner, HDDC selected all interior finishes, provided the custom lighting design and interior furniture selection, and developed the retail millwork.
